According to the Right to Information Act, 2009, citizens of Bangladesh can get the desired information from any government or non-government organization by following the following procedure. To get information from any government-private department / office under this Act, you have to contact the officer-in-charge of the concerned department / office. The applicant has to apply directly / e-mail the application form in the specified format / format to the officer-in-charge. Provide soft / e-mail / printed copy / photocopy / CD copy information within 20 (thirty) days in case of field. If for any reason the officer in charge is unable to provide information, the applicant should follow the prescribed procedure / format within 10 (ten) days. If the applicant does not get the information or is disturbed in any way, he can appeal to the specific authority (in the prescribed form / form). The appellate authority will dispose of the appeal within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the application.
